The President of the United States, Donald Trump, signed a new law, under the name “Hong Kong Autonomy Act”. It acts as a countermeasure to Beijing’s recently imposed national security law over the people of #hongkong.

The new law, together with a presidential executive order will impose strong sanctions on officials, banks, companies, organizations and even individuals involved in sabotaging the autonomy of Hong Kong. Many suggest that this is a step leading to declaring #CCP as criminal organization.

As the Hong Kong businessmen Elmer Yuen mentioned, that way all the 90 million CCP members in #China and abroad will become criminals and the only way for them to escape punishment is to quit the ranks of the communist party.
